Welcome to Wellbeing Meadow

Mental health counselling service in Steeple Claydon, MK18 2NS, Buckinghamshire

Often judged as a weed, a shift in perspective reveals the dandelion's true healing properties. While it can survive in concrete, it truly flourishes in a meadow.

Like the dandelion, we hold powerful seeds of potential within us.

There is nothing wrong with how you've had to grow to survive; to truly flourish, we just need nurturing soil and a safe meadow we can gently blossom in.

About me

If someone had told me in my early 30s that I’d be a therapist one day, I would’ve laughed (or had a panic attack - or both). Back then, I was struggling with anxiety that felt like an unwanted, permanent house mate. When, out of sheer desperation, I finally decided to drag myself to counselling, I was a total sceptic.

What I offer

I offer 1 to 1 counselling sessions, in person, online or walk and talk. I strive to provide a safe, consistent space for you to explore what’s on your mind. Whether you prefer the comfort of being in the same room or the flexibility of connecting from your own home, I aim to make therapy work for you.

How I work

I believe healing happens through connection. I offer an integrative, person-centred space where you are the expert on your life. By combining attachment theory, TA, and trauma-informed care, I help you trust your intuition. I’m also neuro-affirming, ensuring our work together feels safe, inclusive, and genuinely human.
