What I Offer
I offer a contained, consistent space for you to explore what’s on your mind. Whether you prefer the comfort of being in the same room or the flexibility of connecting from your own home, I aim to make therapy work for you. I support adults and young people age 16+ with a wide range of mental health experiences - from everyday challenges and life transitions to complex mental health issues such as:
Anxiety - Depression - Loss and Grief - Family Dynamics - Relationships - Trauma - Abuse - Identity - Sexuality - Neurodivergence
My sessions are 50 minutes long, which provides us with enough time to settle in, explore the deeper parts of your experience, and wrap up with a sense of clarity.
You can choose the format that feels most comfortable for you:
In-Person Sessions: A quiet, private space where we can sit together. For many, being in the same room helps to build a strong therapeutic connection and provides a physical ‘safe place’ to process difficult emotions.
Online Therapy: This is a great option if you prefer the comfort of your own home, have a busy schedule, or find travel difficult. We use a secure, encrypted video platform, so you can receive the same high-quality support from wherever you feel most at ease.
Walk & Talk Therapy: Sometimes, sitting face-to-face in a room can feel a little intense. I offer "walk and talk" sessions as an alternative. Being outside, side-by-side, and in motion can often help the mind open up in ways that feel more natural and less pressured. It’s a wonderful way to ground yourself in the present moment while we work through things together.
Getting Started
Choosing the right therapist is a personal decision, and it’s important that you feel a ‘click’. If you’re interested in working together, I offer a free initial consultation so we can get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and make sure I’m the right person to support you.
